My niece Leyna joined a little over a year ago and absolutely loves it! I love the family atmosphere at Kaizen. Not only does she look forward to going to class and other events but so do I! All of the instructors are awesome with all the kids. We love Master Preece and his team! #wearekaizen

James LOVES going to Kaizen. The instructors are amazing and work so well with all types of kiddos. James wants to work his hardest to understand and practice the principles and instructions instilled during class! He is always so stoked to go back!

I started with Kaizen a little over 10 years ago and from that moment I knew I found my second home. This school teaches strong values, self discipline and a tremendous desire to be the greatest you can ever be. My daughter Scarlett has been with the school for over a year and she loves learning new moves to protect others. She has become more disciplined and continues to work on her focus. Great job to Kaizen and all its instructors!!

From the moment I walked into Kaizen I knew my husband and I were making the right choice to send our son Patrick. It's a very kid friendly environment yet still brings the discipline of martial arts. Patrick has been going for 6 months now and still looks forward to putting on his uniform and going to class. The staff are very welcoming and are ready to help in any way. We love Kaizen!

We have been part of the Kaizen family from the beginning and wouldn't take our daughters anywhere else. We have a 13 year old 2nd degree blackbelt and an 8 year old almost red belt and they both absolutely love going to classes and tournaments. Master Preece has an amazing ability both motivating and connecting with kids of all ages. So without a doubt, I highly recommend Kaizen Karate Academy!

My daughter Corinne has been with Kaizen Karate for a little over a year now. The atmosphere at Kaizen is warm and welcoming. It has a family feel to it. Corinne has admired all of her instructors since day one. Every instructor at Kaizen is absolutely excellent. Signing my daughter up for Kaizen Karate is the best thing I ever did. Martial Arts gives my somewhat shy, timid child a sense of confidence. Each belt she earns has new goals to reach and the amazing instructors encourage her & push her to become better at every practice. They make classes fun and continue to keep kids interested and excited about learning martial arts. Kaizen is not just a school that teaches self defense , it also teaches focus, confidence, self respect & respect for our country, just to name a few. At Kaizen it's like being a part of the family that makes sure to cheer each person on as they gain new skills and further develop old ones. So why not come be of part of this awesomeness!! You won't be disappointed.
